The previous Brazil Moacir Peroni e Familia came with little info about the origin, and I had to dig deep to get anything. This coffee comes with even less (and by less, I mean nothing). But no matter!

This coffee is a chocolate covered hazelnut caramel of a Brazil, with a twist: thick, silky mouthfeel lends decadence to the deep chocolate and caramel notes, but unlike many Brazils, it doesn't stop there. Notes of ripe red apple, cider, and lemon zest add depth to the cup, making for a satisfying drip, and excellent, balanced espresso.
