I'm a fan of wild, unusual flavors in coffee, and search for coffees that surprise and amuse me. Not everyone enjoys being punched in the tongue first thing in the morning, and a number of customers request something suave, smooth, and sophisticated to start their day, something that doesn't betray their senses at 5am (hey, I asked for coffee but got a humidor instead!). Many tend to order primarily Brazil, and this coffee fits that bill: notes of milk chocolate, toasted nuts, the Brazil standard, but graham cracker sweetness and hints of orange marmalade creep in just enough to provide balance, without the assault on the palate. Great for drip and comfort espresso.
