Mantissa Farm is a family run business in Minas Gerais. Over the decades, they've improved their growing and processing practices, becoming a beacon of expertise in the area, which surrounding farmers turn to for education and help. They've been finalists many times, but they finally won the Ernesto Illy Award for the Sustainable Award in coffee recently.
This natural process coffee has a silky texture, rooted in milk chocolate-covered caramel and toasted almond, with dried red apple and mild plum, and a dusting of cinnamon to round it out. Comforting drip, or oozingly sweet espresso!
