This natural coffee is from one of the oldest farms in the Jeriquara region, at 150 years old, which the Peroni family has owned for around half that time. This coffee is of the Yellow Catucaí variety.
What sets this coffee apart is the molasses sweetness, augmenting milk chocolate, almost an Ovaltine flavor, with cacao, toasted hazelnut, and delicate sweet tangerine notes, making for a smooth, but not boring cup. Great for espresso or drip!
