Like most espresso blends, this blend has changed since I first offered it, as new coffees are cycled in and out every season. My goals are still the same: to create a blend that will please an espresso novice, as well as a pro-barista; a blend that'll taste good straight or in milk; and one that will remain easy to work with.
The current iteration of Torro fulfills all those parameters. It's comprised of Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra. It's thick and sweet, with a nice tangy acidity, and creamy berry overtones from the Ethiopia. It's outstanding as a straight espresso, and holds up very well even in long milk drinks. I'm very proud of this blend, I hope you'll enjoy!

I've experimented with several fresh (roasted 1 week or less) espresso roasts and find this blend and roast to be superior in all ways. Grinds great and delivers amazing crema and yummy taste. It is now my go-to espresso roast.
