I usually have good background on coffees, and choose coffees in part because I like supporting up-and-coming producers, novel processing methods, and so on, but the most important thing is ultimately the end product. This coffee is a complete enigma, with 0 info attached, but came out of nowhere with awesome cup quality. 

The tasting notes from the supplier were 'Peach, Mango, Grapefruit, Floral', which definitely applies, but leaves out the most striking note: this coffee is savory! Caramel sweetness segues to fruity stewed peach and fresh mango, with grapefruit zest, but underlying all of that is this really distinct umami savoriness that is absolutely stunning and unlike anything I've had recently, creating an awesomely balanced coffee. Amazing drip and sublime espresso!
