Adame Gorbota is a cooperative with 1,346 members, each of which own .5-2 hectares of land, each plot small and forested, usually growing both coffee and enset, a local source of food. Caramel and brown butter creaminess are quickly apparent, then blueberry, peach cobbler, and a good amount of jasmine floral notes, this coffee will excel as pourover, drip, or an expressive espresso. Not your typical washed Yirgacheffe!
