Fazenda Capim Seco is in the Carmo de Minas microregion, known for high altitude, steady rainfall throughout the year, and overall, perfect terroir for growing world-class coffee. The farm is family owned, and they use multiple and varied innovative processing methods. This coffee is the Acaia varietal, a unique and slightly mysterious Brazilian cross between Bourbon and Typica, known for larger-than-average beans.
