This coffee comes from Daye Bensa, a premier coffee exporter group in Ethiopia. Daye Bensa operates many farms, and 75 washing stations, of which Mirado is one. Daye Bensa coffees have won the Ethiopian Cup of Excellence multiple times, including this year. 

Toffee, honeycomb candy, and maple are the dominant sweet notes, with peach and guava juiciness balanced by almond butter viscosity, and gentle notes of rose and lemon zest. Great any way it's brewed!
