Here we have another great Ethiopia without a lot of detail, which is standard for a majority of Ethiopian coffees and the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange. As a washed Yirgacheffe, this coffee will have been hand-picked by small holders, probably chemical-free (as the vast majority of small holders don't use chemicals or pesticides, and also can't afford organic certification), and processed in the traditional washed manner by the local washing station.
Loaded with caramel sweetness, which transitions to juicy canned peach and ripe apricot notes, floral green tea, and orange blossom notes. Great for any brew method!
