Papua New Guinea is one of the least commercially cultivated origins of coffee, where coffee is just grown in small plots everywhere, and small-holders collect that coffee and bring it to the mills for processing. Ulya Mill was upgraded in 2014 with a brand new wet-milling line and a new waste water processing plant, allowing them to provide the best practices from harvesting to export.
Toffee and praline sweetness are the core of this delicious coffee, with raisin-like notes and toasted almonds balanced by stewed peach and pear, and jasmine or wisteria floral notes contribute to create a delicate, refined cup that will please with any brew method.
