Returns Policy

West Coast Roasting does not accept returns, however, if there is a problem with your shipment or you are not completely satisfied with your beans, please contact wcrcompany@gmail.com with your concerns. Your account will either be credited or a new shipment of beans will be sent upon the next shipment day.

Shipping

*We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders must be received by 12PM PST Monday/Thursday to ship on the following ship day.

*We ship utilizing USPS priority mail: packages usually arrive 2-3 days after shipping.

*1-2lb ships in a flat rate envelope; 3+lbs ship in flat rate boxes. USPS 2 Day Priority only!

*We ship whole beans, but can grind upon request!

*We ship in one pound increments

*We ship within the United States and to military addresses supported by USPS.
